HOW IT ALL STARTED

JOURNEY

  •  I’m PARTH, a COMPUTER ENGINEER by training and a VEGETARIAN / PLANT–BASED TRAINER.

  • In March 2020, amid my COMPUTER ENGINEERING career, I faced a cycle of binge eating and minimal activity.

  • Frustrated with excess WEIGHT, I decided to change and built this WEBSITE MYSELF to share my JOURNEY and KNOWLEDGE.

  • As a pure VEGETARIAN, I initially doubted transforming without eggs or meat.

  • Adopting healthier habits and exercise helped me shed 21 KILOS.

  • With over 3 YEARS in Nutrition and Training, I can help you achieve your GOALS as a Certified Nutritionist.

  • Results can be seen in just 1-3 months if you’re committed, without relying on eggs or meat.

  • I started as a VEGETARIAN and am now SHIFTING to a VEGAN / PLANT–BASED DIET for environmental, ethical, and overall health reasons.

  • This choice transformed my body and enriched the well-being of my Mind, Soul, and Body.
