I’m PARTH, a COMPUTER ENGINEER turned VEGAN / PLANT–BASED TRAINER and certified Nutritionist.

Over the past 4 YEARS, I’ve experimented with different workout routines and nutrition plans. My personal journey has proven that a plant-based diet and intense, effective workouts can transform your body and mind, even without relying on animal products.

I’ve lost 21 KGS through this approach, and now help my clients adopt sustainable, healthy habits that build confidence in the gym and beyond.

Through my experience, I’ve learned that simplicity is key when it comes to fitness and nutrition. The most effective workouts are often the most straightforward, and the healthiest, most sustainable diets don’t require exotic ingredients or complex meal plans.

As your trainer and nutritionist, I teach each of my clients to adopt simple, effective habits that lead to long-term results and lasting confidence.

CERTIFIED NUTRITIONIST:  Earned through Stanford University’s online INTRODUCTION  to FOOD AND HEALTH program, providing a better understanding of nutrition’s impact on well – being. 

FITNESS CERTIFICATION :  Accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) PLANT-BASED DIETS, a prestigious institution known for rigorous standards in fitness and nutrition. Empowering individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals.

UNDERSTANDING OBESITY:  Completed the “understanding obesity” program at the University of Edinburgh(online).

COMPUTER ENGINEER:  A unique perspective brought to the world of health and fitness, blending technology seamlessly for optimized fitness routines and personalized guidance.
